Many of our current students are actively participating in various local & regional tournaments. They had won from 1st place in under 9 years old games to 2nd place in under 25-year-old games regionally. Our coaching team has been participating in training various high school badminton league teams on various regional and national level tournaments.

BADMINTON PHYSICAL & MENTAL BENEFITS

Did you know that a badminton player can cover twice the distance covered by a tennis player in the same duration of play? Most people taking up badminton are surprised at how intense the game can get.

Badminton places both physical and mental demands on the players.

In training and competition, the body is asked to push physical limits of endurance, power, speed, and strength. Similarly, the mind is asked to push mental barriers, such as focus, composure, and determination. A study looking at the impact of individual sports on mortality found racquet sports reduced the risk of death by around 47%.
