Wannaplay operates a customer center to limit the use of services by members who abuse the matching service or violate the terms and conditions or statutory restrictions.
Responsibility for actions between members in contact and meeting between members belongs to the member. For members, the company may take follow-up measures such as restriction of use, permanent withdrawal, and legal liability.
This is also specified in Article 12-1 (contents of service) of the Warner Play Terms of Use.
Also, there is a ‘contact blocking’ function for the person you do not want to meet in the app among the contacts registered on your phone. Users registered for ‘Block Contact’ will not appear in the Suggested Matching list. In addition to ‘Block Contact’, if you use the ‘Block’ function using the other person’s detailed information, the same user will not appear as a matching partner again.
